Web2.0

The term "Web 2.0" was first used in January 1999 by Darcy DiNucci, a consultant on electronic information design.

Basically, Web2.0 have the following features and techniques:

-Finding information through keyword search.
-Connects information together into a meaningful information ecosystem using the model of the Web.
-A short, usually one-word descriptions—to facilitate searching, without dependence on pre-made categories is calles "tags".

The differences between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 are that webmaster and user interaction no longer depends on direct means of communication rather a whole new system of social interaction has evolved that includes really simple syndication (rss feeds) and also the use of social networking sites.

One of the differences between Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 is that Web 3.0 is where "the computer is generating new information", rather than humans while Web 2.0 cannot.
